JJ Brothers Quality Meat was founded in 2025 by Tuey, James, and Hanh Hoang, built on a shared passion for providing premium, honest and fresh meat to their community. For over 30 years, the Hoang family worked tirelessly - often beginning their days at 2am - to support their family and instill the values of dedication, quality and care in everything they do.
What began as a commitment to providing for their two sons, Jady and James, has grown into a family-owned butcher shop in the heart of Coburg. Today, JJ Brothers now proudly serves the local community with fresh, high-quality meats, sourced with integrity and prepared with respect for tradition.
